Does the chat cost anything?

No. The chat is free and comes with every Egyptra booking.

Who answers my messages?

Our own team in Egypt, the same people who organise your excursions.

How fast do you reply?

Usually within 15 minutes. If you are still waiting after a few minutes, a WhatsApp button appears in the chat.

I cannot find my booking reference

Use "Email me my chat link" at the top of this page: enter the email you booked with and we will send you the link. You can also message us on WhatsApp.

Can my travel partner join the chat?

Yes. Use Invite in the chat to send them their own link. They can read and write; only you can change the booking.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Your chat has its own private link, and we only open it after you confirm the email you booked with.

Will the chat remember me?

Yes. Once your chat is open, this browser remembers it. Add it to your home screen to come back with one tap.
