The tour was great, we enjoyed everything. The staff were polite and explained everything well. The bikes were in good condition, and the camels were beautiful and well-groomed. They helped us put on our arafat hats correctly. The only downside, which doesn't apply to this company, is that there's a lot of trash in the desert, like bottles and bags. I hope everyone who works in this area will somehow work together to make this area more well-maintained.
